Training: A major point in the quality of service

Our SERIS Facility personnel are trained in different fields to acquire the skills needed for their assignments. Depending on the needs of the site, training will focus on the following aspects:


  • Physical reception à Master the art of communication and its different aspects, achieving physical reception, knowing how to manage a conflicting situation
  • Telephone receptionà Master the art of verbal communication at distance, to undertake telephone calls, to know how to operate a telephone switchboard.
  • Information technology à To be able to understand and operate the pack office software and the specific customer messaging
  • Languages à To speak and understand English and set up multilingual memory aides

Training will be provided both in the knowledge of the site and on the technical resources in place on the site.
