Neighbourhood Patrols

In collaboration with our clients and on the recommendation of State services, we have developed Proximity, a participatory mobile security provision dedicated to business groups, clubs, associations and business parks. It enables the members of these groups to benefit from an effective security tool and to respond in a precise way to the problems of each individual while sharing the costs of such a service.

Our neighbourhood patrols work within business groups in industrial areas, commercial areas, port sites or logistical sites. We are also working on behalf of local communities and building managers.

Within a defined zone and time period, SERIS Security's Mobile Security Officers conduct deterrence patrols as well as verification circuits on each client site.

In the event of an alarm being triggered, verification may be requested by the monitoring services. In this case, thanks to a limited perimeter and short distances, the vehicle within the area can intervene on the site within a very short space of time, which enables any request to be treated efficiently and rapidly.

All traffic on the site is traceable. Reports can be accessed continuously by users of the Proximity solution in their privileged area of Myseris

In case of need, general or special instructions may be drawn up in the interests of the group (opening/closing of the area, supervision of works, accompaniment, etc.).

Thanks to its efficiency, this service has been particularly praised by law enforcement services.
