2017 has been a year of strong development for SERIS Luxembourg. This growth is the result of work by our teams who have brought all their skills and expertise together to provide quality services to our customers.
In order to accompany this growth, SERIS continues to reinforce its teams and their professionalism. To this end, SERIS has appointed Bruno Clayer to the post of Branch Manager in order to ensure the monitoring of the security services and the day-to-day relationship with our clients.
Furthermore, since 7 February, team leaders and specialist staff have been participating in a specific training course where several themes are discussed, such as:
- Group deployment process
- the law of guarding dated 12/11/2002 and its implementing regulations
- the ITM regulation concerning general fire safety requirements
Having a highly specialised content adapted to all sectors of activity, these sessions allow each participant to appropriate the techniques and tools necessary to his/her daily mission in order to progress and evolve their teams in the service of their clients. Led by experts, these training programmes also enable employees to discuss their experiences and the problems they encounter.
This training course responds to SERIS' commitment to mobilise teams at all levels around the company's objectives and customer requirements.
